Chloe Upshaw, Intern

Close-up of a woman with red hair, smiling, wearing a burgundy sweater, outdoors with blurry green foliage in the background.

“Hi, my name is Chloe Upshaw (she/her), and I offer a warm and compassionate environment where

growth and healing can take place. Through collaboration, we give voice to your inner experiences,

identify coping strategies, and work toward your goals and a greatersense of wholeness. Together, we

connect with your values, gain clarity, and build upon existing strengths and resilience. My integrative

approach recognizes how trauma can affect the mind, body, and spirit.

I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs while providing a culturally sensitive,

judgment-free space. Istrive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for people of all races,

ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.

I work with children, adults, individuals, couples, and families. A variety of play therapy tools and

resources are available to support therapeutic work with younger clients. As an artist and musician, I

welcome the use of creative expression, art, music, and other expressive modalities as part of the

therapeutic process.”
