Art Therapy support group
Connect with your Inner Voice: Art Therapy Support Group
Sometimes our deepest emotions, complex relationships, and evolving sense of self exist beyond the reach of language. Through the power of creative expression, you can explore, understand, and transform your inner landscape in ways that feel both healing and authentic.
Together we will explore themes such as emotions, relationships, identity and self expression, and life transitions. Each session combines hands-on art making with meaningful group discussion. No artistic experience required – this is about expression and connection, not perfection.
This group welcomes adults of all backgrounds who are:
Seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional awareness
Interested in exploring creativity as a tool for healing and growth
Looking for community and connection with others
Open to both creating art and sharing in group discussions
The group has a limit of 10 people.
Open Group / Ongoing
Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
